Governance and Strategy

Synergy Multi-Academy Trust believes that each school should have a Local Governing Board that is made up of parents, members of staff and appointed community members.

Chairs of each Local Board meet together with the Chief Executive Officer and the Chair of the Trust to share and co-ordinate best practice. The Chief Executive Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer also regularly attend Local Governing Board meetings.
