Susi Waters

Susi is an experienced operations, events and communications manager with a history of working in the education, higher education, start-up, and charity sectors. She is currently Operations Manager and Initial Teacher Training Strategic Lead at the Julian Teaching School Hub and Norfolk Research School, based at the St John the Baptist Catholic Multi Academy Trust in Norwich. Susi has previously been a governor at the Short Stay School for Norfolk and a Young Enterprise Norfolk board member. Susi's current role utilises her skills in project management, budget management, business strategy, communications and engagement strategy. She is a qualified PRINCE2 Project Manager (Practitioner).

Susi joined the Synergy board as a trustee in February 2024.
